Tickets & admission

A ticket is a revocable license to attend the event on the stated date. The organizer reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee for unsafe, unlawful, or disruptive conduct, without refund.

Ticket holders are responsible for complying with all Mariner Point Park and City of Grapevine rules, including the prohibition on glass containers.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and are charged at checkout.

Assumption of risk

Attendance at an outdoor live-music event carries inherent risks. By attending, you voluntarily assume all risks related to attendance and release the organizer, presenting sponsor, and beneficiaries from liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Media release

By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded and to the use of that footage for event and charitable promotion.
