This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use this website and buy tickets.
Information we collect
When you purchase a ticket, Stripe collects your name, email, phone number, and payment information to process the transaction. We receive a record of your order (name, email, phone, quantity, and amount) to manage check-in — we never receive or store your full card number.
How we use it
We use your information solely to fulfill your ticket order, manage event check-in/will-call, contact you about material changes to the event, and issue refunds if the event is cancelled. We do not sell your information.
Processors
We rely on Stripe for payments and Netlify for hosting. Cloudflare Turnstile is used to protect the checkout from automated abuse. Each processor handles data under its own privacy terms.
Retention & your rights
Order records are retained as needed for event administration and accounting, then deleted. You may request access to or deletion of your information by emailing theconcertonlakegrapevine@gmail.com.
