This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use this website, buy tickets, or make a sponsorship payment.
Information we collect
When you purchase a ticket or sponsorship, Stripe collects your name, business name, email, phone number, and payment information to process the transaction. We receive a record of your order (name, business name, email, phone, order details, and amount) to manage check-in and sponsorship fulfillment — we never receive or store your full card number.
How we use it
We use your information to fulfill ticket orders, manage event check-in/will-call, coordinate purchased sponsorship benefits, contact you about material changes to the event, and issue refunds if applicable. We do not sell your information.
Processors
We rely on Stripe for payments and Netlify for hosting. Cloudflare Turnstile is used to protect the checkout from automated abuse. Each processor handles data under its own privacy terms.
Retention & your rights
Order records are retained as needed for event administration and accounting, then deleted. You may request access to or deletion of your information by emailing theconcertonlakegrapevine@gmail.com.
