Refund Policy

This Refund Policy governs tickets purchased for The Concert On Lake Grapevine, organized by The Charity Grapevine.
Refunds before the event
Tickets are non-refundable except where the event is cancelled in its entirety and not rescheduled (see Event cancellation below).
Day of the event
Once the event day arrives, tickets are non-refundable, whether or not you attend. Because this is a benefit event supporting local Grapevine charities, your purchase helps cover event costs.
Event cancellation
If the event is cancelled in its entirety and not rescheduled, ticket holders will automatically receive a full refund to the original payment method used at checkout. No action is required on your part; refunds are processed through Stripe.
Weather
The concert is held rain or shine. If conditions prevent the event from going on, a makeup date will be announced; a rescheduled event does not by itself qualify for a refund.
